When you join Paebbl, you’ll be given time to familiarize yourself with the team, our production processes, and the office. Over the course of your first few weeks, you’ll gradually take on responsibilities aligned with your role. At the end of your first two months, we’ll have a review to discuss your experience and identify areas for further growth and improvement.
- Psychometric and Personality Assessments The first step of the process involves completing psychometric and personality assessments. These are designed to help us understand your strengths, work style, and potential fit within our team.
- Interviews If your assessments are successful, you will move on to the interview stage. This consists of two rounds: the first and second interviews, which may be conducted online or in person.
- Talent Exploration Days (TED) The final stage of the process involves spending a minimum of three days at our office, known as Talent Exploration Days (TED). This is a chance for you to get to know our team, experience our company culture, and assess whether Paebbl is the right fit for you. Similarly, it gives us the opportunity to see how well you align with our team and values. TED days are fully compensated.
