• We are the largest supplier of Omega 3 Ingredients for Human and Animal nutrition based on Algae fermentation.

As our Strategic Marketing Director H&N, you design and lead the strategic marketing vision and direction with the goal of enhancing H&N/Corbion"s position in the market. You drive and lead the marketing policies, programs and systems to provide strategic direction to other departments and align global business plans with organizational objectives. All with the objective of boosting growth, profitability and increasing customer loyalty of the H&N business unit.

You serve as a leader to a dedicated H&N Marketing team, and you report to the President H&N.

• Develop and implement the H&N marketing strategy in collaboration with the EVP H&N and other MT members.

• Drive and develop powerful market intelligence with strategic business partners, develop a deep understanding of H&N Market all along the value chain. Identify and share market trends and related H&N opportunities and threats. Identify the next opportunities/market segment.

• Develop and manage processes & tools to identify, strengthen and communicate H&N Value Proposition. Support new product launches with input.

• Lead, develop and continuously improve marketing dashboard for monitoring growth.

• Leading/driving all MarCom activities (campaigns, projects for brand awareness, external media coverage, relationships with external partners, compliance standards), and drive internal communication in H&N.

• Build strong long-term relations with key internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve the strategic targets.

• Ensure highly engaged employees and inclusive teams within the department. Maintain a work climate that attracts, retains and motivates employees by recruiting, training, developing, supervising, and guiding top qualified employees. 

We are looking for a highly senior strategic marketing professional who meets the following qualifications:

• Academic technical background in Marketing and/or relevant Science or MBA

• 15+ years of experience in B2B strategic marketing in the medical, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and/or nutritional ingredients industry

• The ability to create/build AND execute a marketing strategy

• Knowledge and experience with marketing of Nutraceutical and or Health ingredients

• Affinity with Human Nutrition

• Broad marketing knowledge

• Strong business acumen

• Data driven

• Project and change management skills

• Strong communication skills

• Fluent in English
