Training & Development Intern

We are looking for a Talent & Development Intern for Stolt Tank Containers (STC).

Stolt Tank Containers (STC) is a leading provider of door-to-door transportation services for bulk-liquid chemicals and food-grade products. With a fleet of more than 45,000 tank containers, STC is the only operator with its own worldwide network of 22 owned and joint venture depots. Our people share our business goals to continuously improve, innovate and challenge the everyday.

You will be part of our Global Training & Development team and you will have the opportunity to create content and training modules for the E-learning platform and our employees.

You will work closely with the Global Training Manager to support all regional trainers. After the end of your internship, you will have acquired extensive knowledge on logistics and the process of developing training content.

• Create storytelling scripts and develop/update training materials, including e-learning modules and multimedia content.
• Analyze feedback and survey data to identify training gaps in skills, knowledge, or performance.
• Prepare resources and coordinate virtual and in-person training sessions and workshops, including follow-ups.
• Maintain LMS courses and user accounts by uploading materials, tracking progress, generating reports, and managing registrations.
• Schedule and organize training sessions, including logistics, equipment, invites, and room bookings.

• You follow a Master"s degree in the direction of Communication, Multimedia Design, HR or similar.
• You must be enrolled as a student for the entire duration of the internship.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Articulate is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• You are pro-active and have a hands-on mentality.
