B2B International Sales Support Specialist

Are you passionate about customer satisfaction and building strong relationships? As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be a vital member of our team, collaborating closely with sales managers to deliver seamless service and ensure a positive experience for our customers. From managing orders to optimizing processes, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our mission and driving success.

This role is based at our Gorinchem office and reports to the Sales Support Team Lead.

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with customers alongside sales managers.
• Ensure a seamless and stress-free purchasing experience for our customers.
• Take a proactive approach to sales support by managing orders from forecast to delivery.
• Analyze order patterns, identify opportunities for improvement, and flag deviations.
• Manage light accounts and provide operational support to sales managers.
• Resolve customer concerns, monitor progress, and ensure follow-up to maintain satisfaction.
• Handle order entry, invoicing, and issuing credits promptly and accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date price information and customer databases.
• Gather and analyze data to optimize processes and drive efficiency.

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• A bachelor’s degree in international commerce or relevant experience.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing B2B role.
• Professional fluency in English (German is a plus).
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word); SAP experience is a big plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a commercial mindset.
• A team player who thrives in cross-functional environments.
• Ability to commute to our Gorinchem office.
