Valvoline has a rewarding opportunity for a New Solutions Development Project Manager who will lead cross-functional teams for initiatives related to Valvoline Global Operations product lines (LD/HD Lubricants, Coolants, Heat Transfer, Chemicals and Specialty Parts) in EMEA. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the launch of new products and any changes to existing products (line extensions, minor modifications, cost improvement opportunities, etc.) The Project Manager"s primary focus is to initiate, plan, execute, control and close approved projects via the New Solutions Development process. The 3 main responsibilities will be to plan, monitor, and document the progress of the project to keep it on schedule and within budget.

• Planning: Create project timelines for all initiatives, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines. Delegate tasks on the project plans to the appropriate team members. Adjusting the project plan as needed based on organizational priorities.
• Monitoring: Lead cross functional team meetings to commercialize project plan. Assure team members are completing tasks and adhering to timeline. Manage artwork requirements utilizing Workfront. Providing New Solution Development process oversight (pre-NSD meetings, gate reviews, project complexity ratings, red flag assessments, etc.) Participate in cross functional discussions regarding projects (S&OP meetings, change communication, etc.) Ensure effective decisions are made when needed. Serve as the point of contact for all questions related to the project.
• Documenting: Complete new material set-up utilizing Winshuttle. Update project information in Workfront, ensuring the system is up to date for project reporting. Provide team members with agendas, recaps, project checklists and timelines.Foster effective communication with stakeholders concerning project status.
• Will conduct regular meetings with cross functional team members to accomplish the outlined project. Project Manager will help scope the project, create timelines, manage the critical path, etc. Additionally, the project manager will be the subject matter expert on the project for the organization.

• Bachelor’s Degree; Master of Business Administration (preferred)
• 5-7 years experience
• PMP Certified (Nice to Have)

• Result oriented.
