IT Intern Data and Analytics

As our Intern, you will work at the location in Gorinchem, where we have our most important areas like R&D, Marketing, and also production facility. You report to the IT Director Business Intelligence and Analytics in NL and work beside a team in the same location and with colleagues around the world.

As our Intern, your assignment is to provide support for the creation of a setup for training and education on Data and Analytics in Corbion. You also support the creation of a new community of data heroes across Corbion.

• Provide best-in-class services to the business users and adhere to the IT processes.
• Continuous improvement and efficiency on the domain of BI and Analytics and systems.
• Coordinate with the team on a curriculum for training and education.
• Administration and management of related training platforms like SharePoint and Teams.
• Help Define, Create, Deploy and Activate a community of data savvy employees within Corbion through a community powered by the existing internal Corbion tools and platforms.
• Furthermore you act as a team member and support on related projects according to the Corbion agreements and applicable rules.

In addition to your educational achievements, as the successful candidate for the position of this Intern role, you should also have or learn:

• Equivalent work experience in technical / computer field.
• Basic understanding in the field of business intelligence, data management, reporting, dashboarding or overall data analytics.
• Understanding of Microsoft tools for engagement and collaboration.
• Conflict resolution and social intelligence
• Advanced English

The assignment in the IT BI & Analytics team will bring the intern hands on experience with the functioning of data and analytics platforms in an international organization. Next to developing the soft-skills to be successful in such an environment, the candidate will develop experience with:

• Corbion BI and Analytics platforms, specifically SAP Analytics Cloud, Analytics for Office, Microsoft PowerBI Microsoft Fabric and other Microsoft platforms.
• Corbion communication tools for internal engagement and collaboration
