As a Business Development Analyst - Hydrogen and CO2 you are responsible for analyses and advising the Global Business Development department and the different business Units around the world in a variety of topics concerning the energy transition. The Business Analyst is part of the Global BD team located in our headquarters in Rotterdam and will report to the Senior Vice President Hydrogen&CO2.

• A salary between €71.800 - €89.750 depending on skills and experience

• Master degree with 5 years of working experience;

Market Analysis

• Supply and demand analysis in the new energies arena with a specific focus on Hydrogen, Ammonia and CO2.

• Supply and demand balances resulting in new trade flows and value chains creating future opportunities for Vopak in the energy transition

• Be part of multiple study consortia related to the energy transition related to hydrogen and CO2

• As part of multidisciplinary team in the Global Business Development department, linking the different new energies developments to the current Vopak markets like Chemicals, Gas and Oil

Technical Analysis

• Assessment of different technologies related to the energy transition which can help Vopak to facilitate the energy transition and the storage of new products for Vopak

• Position new technologies in the existing or new supply chains to identify opportunities and barriers.

Projects Support

• Support the business development managers in their project positioning and development

• Support strategy development in the Business Units

Reporting

• Central person for new energy reporting used for: Annual- and Quarterly report, Product Market update, E-Notes and Growth Meetings

• Create presentations to capture the right messages on different analysis for both internal and external meetings.
