Production Supervisor (Crushing)

Your mission? To ensure the operation and optimization of our production processes. If a fault is detected, you"ll put on your detective hat, diagnose the issue, and implement a resolution. You"re not just maintaining the status quo; you"re actively seeking ways to improve it.

• Troubleshoot: Locate and resolve faults in production systems to ensure operations.
• Finetune: Improving the process, and calibrate measuring and control the crushing lines.
• Collaborate for success: work closely with colleagues and other departments to optimize production processes.
• Champion Safety: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures, creating a secure work environment for yourself and your team.
• Drive Innovation: Contribute to improvement projects and implement new techniques.

• Education: A completed Bachelor"s, or Master"s degree in Chemical engineering a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in leading production teams.
• Technical Skills: A strong affinity for industrial automation and process control, along with knowledge of crushing.
