Superintendent - Rotterdam

• Support and contribute to the development of fleet management and new build strategy.
• Keep an overview of the availability of the vessels.
• Monitor docking and CAPEX projects in compliance with company standards.
• Monitor area fleet performance.
• Advise on fleet renewal, modification or innovation.
• Follow up damage reports and (insurance) claims.
• Ensure follow up and implementation of new statutory and class requirements

Educational/certificates

• Nautical college is a pré

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years in a managerial position at a shipping company.
• Seagoing experience is a pré.

Other requirements

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
• Knowledge of Classification and Flag state requirements and certificates.
• Excellent command of the Dutch/English language, both oral and written.
• Fully proficient with computers and applications, including Microsoft Office.
