The department consist of a lean central team of independent professionals who provide services needed to manage the full life cycle of the assets. The team consists of two primary clusters. A Corporate Development Cluster focused on Engineering & Growth and a Business Process cluster which you will lead.
In this role you will be responsible for managing a team primarily focused on the lifecycle management of our global assets. At the moment, this includes maintenance, sustaining capex, central OT services and IIOT related data services, but it is the intention to grow the team with other relevant services.
The team is the business owner of Stolthaven’s Enterprise Asset Management (“EAM”) and Project Management Systems. It includes and leads the strategic efforts around maintenance & reliability innovations and digitizing asset related processes. The position is also responsible for regular benchmarking. Finally, you’re responsible for improving the quality and control of the sustaining capex program and the link between this program and the AM roadmap.
For technical (engineering) expertise, you can rely on input from the Subject Matter Experts in the Corporate Development Cluster. Your team members also have occasional duties for Corporate Development projects. You’re therefore working closely with your peers to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently to all projects and ongoing activities. You’re also closely collaborating with our finance department to manage asset-related financial planning, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, ISO55000) is preferred.
