As Global Training and Development Coordinator, you will be both coordinate and trainings within Stolthaven Terminals. An important part of the job is to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stolthaven Terminals a division of Stolt- Nielsen Limited (SNL), is the specialist storage provider of bulk liquids: Chemicals, clean petroleum, gases, vegetable oils, biofuels and oleochemicals.
As Global Training and Development Coordinator you are based in the Rotterdam office, and you are part of a global team of 12 people.
Your knowledge of LMS systems, combined with a creative mindset driven by self-motivation, make it possible to coordinate different types of trainings related to technical and non-technical aspects but also regarding compliance.
In this role, you report to the Global Processes and Technology Director, with a dotted line to the Global HR Business Partner.
- Work in close cooperation with functional lead, department heads and HR to identify training needs and objectives for employees at all levels within SHVN.
- Coordinate Training, Learning and Development events along with daily tracking and monitoring learning progress of employees.
- Provide support offering ‘first line’ response to Learning & Development inquiries.
- Develop comprehensive training curriculum, materials, and resources, including e-learning modules, workshops, and on-the-job training initiatives.
- Partner with external vendors, trainers, and subject matter experts to enhance the scope and quality of training offerings.
- Keep up to date on industry trends, new technologies and best practices in training and development sector.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally with an international scope.
- Flexible, autonomous and creative approach.
- Fluency in English on a professional level, Portuguese or Dutch are a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
