Farm Frites is continuously working to strengthen its global position in the foodservice market. To help support our commercial growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sample Coordinator to organize and manage the process of sending product samples to our customers and prospects.

As Junior Sample Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers and prospects receive the right samples, in the right packaging, at the right time. You will work closely with internal teams, including Account Managers, R&D, Business Development, and Product Managers, to coordinate and execute the entire sample process.

• Managing the entire sampling process, from maintaining inventory and quality control to selecting, packaging, and shipping samples.

• Monitoring the effectiveness of the sampling process and suggesting improvements where needed.

• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including distributors and wholesalers.
