Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers.

Stolt Tank Containers (STC) is a leading provider of door-to-door transportation services for bulk-liquid chemicals and food-grade products.

As Customer Success Manager you will support key customers, ensuring their satisfaction.

You will proactively provide the best logistic solutions with a commercial mindset.

Your main objective will be maximizing customer retention by providing exceptional service and understanding their needs.

• Support customers in different activities, improving their experience with strategic solutions. This includes also overseeing orders efficiently.
• Manage long term relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Proactively engage with new customers to ensure successful onboarding, to understand customer’s objectives and align our service to meet their needs.
• Identify commercial opportunities by finding the most suitable solutions for our customers, in collaboration with the sales department.
• Identify the root cause of customer’s complaints, correcting and preventing actions when necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong preference for a logistic background.
• Fluent English and German are required.
• Proactive mindset, being able to make decisions independently when it`s needed.
• Ability to work in a team but also independently.
